Ramez Helou

Ramez Helou has the field experience, communication skills and inspirational attitude that has made him an extraordinary force in regional sales and one of the top keynote speakers in the Middle East.

With a history that includes international company ownership, multi-million dollar sales and some of the highest industry accolades, Ramez is a master trainer and consultant who energizes his audiences and invigorates their businesses.

At just 19, Ramez began his career in sales while studying International Business at Villanova University in Philadelphia, USA. His passion for work and his zest for life meant everything was possible and before long, this extraordinary entrepreneur founded his own multi-million dollar corporation, ‘RH International Inc.’ as an independent contractor.

In a bold move from Philadelphia to Puerto Rico, Ramez broadened his experience and portfolio, successfully building a revolving sales force of more than 300 team members in 10 branch locations including Costa Rica.

His personal achievements as well as corporate successes have made him a role model within the sales and retail industry. With career sales exceeding US$14 million Ramez earned a place in the hall of fame – an honor bestowed on only a handful of sales giants.

More recently, Ramez worked at Unilever Food Solutions in Dubai where he held positions as the company’s Head of Sales, Business Head and Regional Sales Training Manager for Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He also authored the organization’s “Global B2B Sales Training Program”, which is still used across the world today.

In another series of phenomenal results, Ramez implemented new strategies and instilled new energy into his teams to turnUnilever Food Solutions Middle East sales from a five year losing streak into profitability.

In 2010,Ramez realized that the best way to use his extraordinary talents was to share them. He is currently the Honorary Chief Learning Officer for the Direct Selling Educational Institute and serves as the CEO of TASFE© – Sales & Management Consultancy headquartered in Dubai. He is fluent in English, Arabic, French and Spanish and has shared his sales secrets with more than 54,000 people in 25 countries across 4 continents.

Corrina Cross

She is a well-respected Certified Trainer in DISC, Facilitator for ‘The Leadership Challenge” and NLP Master Practitioner. Her interpersonal sensitivity allows her to connect with everyone in her audience – regardless of nationality, age or status. Although British, Corrina lived and worked in Australia, Cairo and Bahrain before settling in Dubai.
In 1998, she set up her own marketing agency in Dubai – Strategy Marketing Consultancy & Studies. Whilst developing and implementing marketing plans for clients such as Better Homes, ACICO, and numerous property developers, helping them to gain market share and increase sales, Corrina continued to develop her own skills and those of her team. In her spare time, Corrina began to take courses in the field of Learning and Development.
In 2011, she decided to follow her passion and combine her skills with her knowledge of running a business to help companies and heads of departments to identify and make the most of their natural talents. Debbie Dowling

Debbie Dowling is an Associate Consultant with “The Academy for Sales Excellence”
She is a well-respected Certified Teacher, Facilitator for ‘DISC”, Mental Toughnessand NLP Practitioner. Debbie has lived and worked in eleven countries across four continents, including Brazil, South Korea, The Maldives, the United States and for three years; The Middle East.
A true believer in the power of education, Debbie started her career as a qualified Primary School teacher and progressed into education management roles. She is a Professor of Team Skills at Hult International Business School and Assistant Dean for all Full-time MBA and Masters Programs. Her interests lie in education and positive psychology and how the brain works. She is a reviewer for The Middle East Journal of Positive Psychology.
In 2012, she decided to follow her passion and combine her skills of teaching with coaching and mentoring. She specializes in developing Personal Development Plans and mentoring teams and individuals to develop a growth mindset and to maximize their potential.
